Senior Software Engineer/Lead Engineer (LLM/AI)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack application experiences powered by cutting-edge Agentic AI stacks. This is a unique opportunity to work on end-to-end systems, from creating sophisticated AI agents to building the user interfaces that bring them to life. You will play a crucial role in shaping our core product offerings and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

Role & Responsibilities / What you'll do:

• Implement and optimize
  prompt tuning
  strategies for various LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
• Design, architect, and implement full-stack applications that integrate with and leverage Agentic AI models.
• Evaluate and improve LLM responses through structured feedback loops and metrics
• Fine-tune prompts to align with user intent, reduce hallucinations, and ensure consistent performance
• Collaborate with product designers and front-end engineers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces for AI-driven applications.
• ⁠⁠Build and maintain robust infrastructure for the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI agents and models.
• Experiment with different LLM providers and customize usage based on cost, latency, and capability
• ⁠Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• ⁠Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Agentic AI, large language models, and full-stack development.

Required skills / Whom we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related engineering field with total 3+ to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development and at least 2 years of experience with LLMs/AI technologies.
• Experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and back-end services, Node JS, Django
• Strong programming background in one of the following languages: Java/Javascript/Typescript/Python.
• Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming
• Solid understanding and experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and response evaluation techniques
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar GenAI frameworks
• ⁠Familiarity with professional software engineering practices, including the full development lifecycle, coding standards, and version control.
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or tool-augmented agents
• Ability to fine-tune or customize prompt templates for production use cases
• Knowledge of hallucination detection, response scoring, and relevance filtering
• Hands-on experience with technologies and frameworks for Agentic AI stacks.
• ⁠A strong portfolio of full-stack web application projects especially those that incorporate AI or machine learning.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable software.
