We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting in the development of innovative solutions to enhance our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to kickstart their careers in business analysis.

This is a Remote Position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
  • Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Support Testing: Assist in the testing of new solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.
  • Project Support: Work alongside project teams to support project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
