Job Summary:

We are looking for a Transport Assistant Manager to manage and support day-to-day transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee transport management, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in Excel-based reporting and data management. The role requires flexibility to work in a 24×7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily employee transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient pickup and drop-off services.
  • Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and employees to manage schedules, routes, and service quality.
  • Monitor and report on transport performance metrics, costs, and utilization using advanced Excel tools.
  • Handle escalations and resolve transport-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational transport policies and safety standards.
  • Support monthly billing validation, MIS reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Admin, and vendor teams for smooth operational execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in employee transport operations.
  • Consistent career history with long tenure in previous organizations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24×7 environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
