Holiday Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Holiday Package Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and selling tailored holiday packages to meet the individual needs and preferences of our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a flair for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Design and recommend customized holiday packages, including flights, accommodation, tours, and other services.
• Provide detailed travel information, including visa requirements, travel insurance, weather, local attractions, and cultural insights.
• Make reservations and bookings using internal systems and travel booking platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, promotions, and destination knowledge.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and changes before, during, and after travel.
• Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, airport transfers, and special experiences.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
