Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant HR Executive located in Bobbili. The Plant HR Executive will be responsible for daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves coordinating with different departments, handling employee grievances, managing payroll, and ensuring a harmonious workplace environment. The Plant HR Executive will also play a key role in implementing company HR policies and strategies at the plant level.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and training and development
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Skills in managing payroll and handling employee grievances
  • Proficiency in coordinating with different departments and implementing HR policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bobbili
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
