in Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals Industries.
Talent Acquisition - Handling end to end recruitment (Exposure of Nepal &
Tanzania) Manpower Planning & Budgeting.
Induction & Orientation - Provide training to every new joinee (On Boarding).
Learning & Development - Prepare TNI, Competency Matrix, Annual Training
Calendar, Monthly Training Calendar, Scheduling training, Evaluation, Re-Training and
Closing.
Industrial Relations - Handling Labor Office Issues of workmen grievances and
settlements.
Statutory Compliances - PF, Gratuity, Gujarat Facories Act, maintaining required
statutory registers, Employee Annual Medical Check-up, etc.
Employee Engagement - Birthday email & celebrations, yearly sports & cultural
activities, World Environment Day celebrations, etc.
Canteen Management - Preparing weekly menu, inspection, ensuring hygiene,
etc.
Core Competencies
Performance Appraisal - Design KRA & KPI, Annual Performance Review and
assisting to HR General Manager in entire procedure.
Payroll & Attendance - Leave management and salary disbursement.
Audit Faced - ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, FDCA
(Gujarat),GMP, WHO, and TFDA (Tanzania Food and Drugs Authority).
Exit Formalities - Taking exit interviews, calculating F&F and preparing exit letters.
