About the Role
We're looking for a
dynamic and design-driven Business Development Manager
to lead client acquisition and relationship management across
corporate and mall accounts
.
If you have a flair for design-led sales, a strong understanding of space branding, and a passion for turning creative ideas into business opportunities — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage with
corporate decision-makers, mall management, and retail developers
. - Pitch
design-led execution and branding solutions
to secure high-value projects. - Collaborate with
architects, interior designers, and VM consultants
to co-create impactful brand experiences. - Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
for repeat business. - Work closely with internal teams to share
market insights and client feedback
. - Ensure compliance with pricing and operational policies while maintaining
CRM-based tracking and reporting
. - Prepare and present
sales forecasts, reports, and growth plans
.

What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years
of experience in
Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Space Branding
(preferably in architecture, retail design, or premium interiors). - Strong understanding of
design aesthetics, materials, fabrication, and brand activation
. - Bachelor's or Master's
in
Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing
, or related field preferred.
