We are seeking a confident, customer-friendly

Lead Conversion & Telecalling - Females to join our wellness clinic in Alwarpet. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging with prospective clients, following up on leads, building relationships, and converting enquiries into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with prospective clients from the clinic's lead database.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wellness services and treatment plans.
  • Convert enquiries into appointments or registrations through professional follow-up and persuasion.
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up status, and enquiry reports.
  • Build positive relationships with clients through empathy, patience, and service-oriented communication.
  • Coordinate with the front office and service providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidates only
  • Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Pleasant personality, confident approach, and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Prior experience in customer care / telesales / front office / wellness / healthcare industry preferred (freshers with good communication may also apply)
  • Ability to follow up persistently and close deals
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM entry)

Work Schedule

  • Full-time | On-site (Alwarpet, Chennai)
  • 6-day working schedule (timings will be shared during interview)
