ECLEARNIX is a growing EdTech platform focused on transforming education through technology, skill development, national-level events, research programs, and career advancement. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.
  • Manage social media calendars, content posting, engagement, and community building.
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads).
  • Work on SEO & SEM, including keyword research, on-page/off-page updates, and content optimization.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns for events, courses, and product promotions.
  • Collaborate with the design team for creatives, reels, posters, banners, and promos.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform insights.
  • Promote ECLEARNIX's STTP, FDP, workshops, hackathons, conferences, and courses through targeted campaigns.
  • Build landing pages and funnels to improve lead generation & conversions.
  • Monitor competitor strategies & emerging digital trends to refine campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and performance marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp/Zoho Campaigns/etc.).
  • Ability to create and manage digital funnels and lead-gen strategies.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and report-making skills.
  • Prior experience in EdTech is an added advantage.
