IT Admin

• Manage and maintain all IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, CCTV, and network equipment.
• Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve system-related issues.
• Ensure secure and stable network operations, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, antivirus, and security patches.
• Maintain user accounts, access permissions, email IDs, and system privileges.
• Monitor server backups, data security, and implement IT policies as per organizational standards.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and track AMC, warranty, and service records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, procurement, and technical issues.
• Support online platforms, ERP systems, DMS (Honda), and cloud applications.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures, password protocols, and data protection compliance.
• Assist in setting up IT requirements for new branches, events, and training sessions.
• Prepare periodic IT reports, system health status, and update management on technical needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
