• Measuring the success of design solutions through metrics and KPIs.

• Managing multiple projects deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design

• Improvement in conversion rates for key player actions.

• Player retention rates post-implementation of design initiatives.

• Contributions to the development and maintenance of the design system.

• Fit with Skillz Values

• 4–6 years of hands-on product design experience
• Proven experience working on B2C digital products
• Someone who has led projects and mentored junior designers
• Solid skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Bonus if you have UI motion design experience
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong communicator and team player who collaborates well with product, tech & business teams
