About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and international finance (Accounting & Tax for US). The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global business footprint, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
The candidate must be proficient in using online sales and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Lusha, , and HubSpot CRM to identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads in the digital marketing and financial services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute business development strategies to drive growth in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced lead generation and CRM tools to manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and implement performance-based campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Conduct financial and market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, close business deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement cycle.
- Manage the end-to-end BD process with measurable KPIs and performance metrics.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments, international trade regulations, and emerging market trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, digital marketing, or international finance roles.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in using online sales and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Lusha, , and HubSpot CRM to identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and social media marketing).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market insights.
- Experience working with international clients or cross-border transactions is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
