Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Banker role located in Surat. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting in-depth financial analysis, overseeing loan and credit processes, and coordinating with clients to customize financial solutions. The Senior Banker will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and mentoring junior team members as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong aptitude in Financial Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Banking Operations
• Experience in Relationship Management, Client Interaction, and Business Development
• Proficient in Financial Planning tools, Investment Strategies, and Budget Management
• Sound understanding of Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Processes
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial management software is advantageous
