**Position Overview:**

As a Receptionist , you will looking after visitors, answering phones, and handling administrative tasks like scheduling, managing mail, and maintaining the reception area.

**Location:** Kolkata, India

**Responsibilities:**

  • Greet visitors in a friendly manner
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Manage mail, send and respond to emails
  • Oversee standard office equipment and supplies
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings & Interview and organize catering, as requested
  • Coordination with all the internal department as per the requirement
  • Maintain bills , files & attendance as per the requirement
