About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow Arthlife's online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listing, catalogue management, marketplace operations, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing & Catalogue Management
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
  • Manage product images, descriptions, SEO-friendly titles, pricing, and attributes.
  • Maintain accurate catalogue data and ensure listing quality standards.
  • Marketplace Management
  • Handle day-to-day marketplace operations including order processing, inventory updates, and returns management.
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, campaigns, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor product performance, rankings, and visibility across marketplaces.
  • Shopify Store Management
  • Manage the Shopify website, update collections, banners, pricing, and product data.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the store, checkout flow, and customer experience.
  • Work with the design/tech team for website improvements and bug fixes.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Track daily/weekly sales performance, stock levels, and order fulfilment.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase conversions.
  • Analyze competitor activity and pricing trends.
  • Coordination
  • Work closely with the operations, marketing, and design teams for content, inventory, and promotions.
  • Assist in planning campaign calendars and executing marketplace promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in E-commerce operations (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹34,870.03 per month
