Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of service.
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure they provide exceptional service.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain operations.
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.

Requirements
