About Us

At Thinking Hats Technology, we are building FINTASTICS, a financial management app that helps individuals and families manage expenses, EMIs, budgeting, and planning. We are seeking an energetic Marketing Manager to drive offline promotions, events, and lead generation.

Role Overview

  • Plan & execute offline marketing campaigns and local promotions.
  • Manage on-ground events, workshops, roadshows, and product demos.
  • Drive lead generation, track performance, and ensure target achievement.
  • Repost content across social media & community platforms.
  • Coordinate with field promoters, vendors, and partners.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in offline marketing, events, or field promotions.
  • Strong communication in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Excel, Google Forms, Zoho CRM).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented & willing to travel frequently.

Preferred: Experience in financial products/app promotions & knowledge of campaign performance metrics.
