Kent is looking for a Senior Proposal Engineer to be based in India

Skills and Responsibilities:  

  • Oil & Gas, Industrial Experiene
  • Project Management Experience
  • Well Verse with Engineering Work flow, Deliverables
  • To receive and analyze requests for porposals, Tenders Tracking projects & opportunities
  • To deliver professional, high quality, compelling proposals that effectively educate and inspire action on the part of customers and prospects.
  • Actively participating in proposal y meetings, 
  • Preparing techno-commercial bids/proposals   
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on active business opportunities.
  • Work with internal office to support proposal & Business

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience: 

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification: 

  • Degree in Engineering from Indian University (UGC approved) or from Overseas University. 
  • M.B.A. in Marketing would be an added advantage
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in Proposals mostly in the field of Oil & Gas / Refinery/Petrochemical/Chemicals sector with large Engineering Consulting organizations. 
  • Understanding of various Emginnering deliverables, Interface, process flow.
  • Understanding of Engineering Hour estimate, Engineering Softwares.
  • Proficiency on Proposal writeup.
  • Prepare Project Execution Plan, Project.
  • Arrange KOM
  • Attend various internal, Client and Vendor meetings and prepare MOMs.
  •  Dedicated in maintaining integrity, quality and safety requirement standards.
  • Adopting a flexible and open approach towards the requirement of project. 
  • Computer Applications: Windows operating systems, BI dashboard, Basic 3D modelling tool.
