Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct eye exams to diagnose vision problems and prescribe corrective lenses or other treatments.
- Dispense glasses, contact lenses, or other optical devices as needed.
- Perform refractions to determine the correct prescription for each patient's eyes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient examinations, including test results and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in optometry by attending conferences, workshops, etc.
