Should be excellent in Follow -ups. 3. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Directors ability to effectively lead the organization. 4. Maintain open communications with the team. 5. Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase equipment, services, and supplies necessary for operation of organization. 6. Provide Event management support as requested. 7. Preparing Agenda and MOM for the task updates from team members. 8. Advanced working knowledge on MS -Office tools especially MS Excel. 9. If hands -on experience in FMS, it will be a plus point. 10. Other projects/duties as and when assigned for the overall benefit of the organization. Requirements Required Candidate profile: - 1. Proven 3 -5 work experience as an EA with Secretarial Course / Background 2. Solid verbal and written communication skills with sound judgment 3. Strong in Follow -ups externally and internally within the team. 4. Maximum 40 min of commute time to Sector 62, Noida 5. Hardworking and Committed 6. 10 AM to 7 PM office timings, occasional support needed on weekends. Secretarial course MandatoryBenefits Benefits: - 1. 5 Days working (Monday to Friday), but as in your profile might require occasional support on weekends. 2.
