Belmaxx Learning is expanding We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can guide students, parents, and working professionals toward the right upskilling programs in Generative AI, Coding, Design, Adobe Certifications, Data Analytics, and Skillverse courses.

Job Responsibilities


• Connect with potential learners and help them choose courses that match their goals.


• Call leads from the database and convert them into admissions.


• Explain our programs (IT, AI, Adobe, Coding, Skillverse, etc.) clearly and confidently.


• Follow up with students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.


• Maintain lead records and track all conversations in CRM/Excel.


• Ensure monthly admission targets are met.


• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processing.


• Support students before and after enrollment to ensure a great experience.

Skills Required


• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.


• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and confident in sales conversations.


• Passion for student counseling and education.


• Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Basic understanding of EdTech, IT courses, or design programs is a plus.
