Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients in USA, Europe, and UAE through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other outreach strategies.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing leads through the full sales cycle.
Client Consultation: Understand client needs, present tailored software development solutions, and address queries with confidence.
Proposal & Negotiation: Create compelling proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in software development.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to align client expectations with service offerings.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of international sales experience in software development services.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of custom software development, SaaS, cloud computing, AI/ML, and enterprise solutions.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals with international clients.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Negotiation & Persuasion: Strong ability to handle objections and secure high-value deals.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation platforms.
Self-Driven: Passionate, target-oriented, and hungry for sales success.
