Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on field experience. The candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, generating leads, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings
  • Pitch products and explain company offerings
  • Prepare and share sales reports
  • Maintain client database
  • Follow up with leads and close deals
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors

Qualifications

  • Experience in field sales (preferred)
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a competitive environment
  • Fast learner with strong presentation skills

Salary & Benefits

  • ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & company standards)
