Roles and Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

l Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient
and effective operations.

l Monitor and improve performance metrics such as
cost control, productivity, quality, and
on-time delivery.

l Identify operational issues and proactively implement
solutions.

l Develop and implement operational strategies to
achieve short-term and long-term business goals.

Team Leadership:

l Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational
staff to achieve goals and objectives.

l Conduct regular team meetings, performance
reviews, and training programs.

l Foster a positive work environment and ensure
adherence to company policies and procedures.

Process Optimization:

l Analyze workflows and operational processes,
identifying areas for improvement.

l Implement process improvements to increase
efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance
customer satisfaction.

l Utilize technology and systems to automate
and streamline operations.

Quality Assurance:

l Establish and monitor key performance indicators
KPIs) to track quality and operational standards.

l Ensure adherence to company quality policies
and regulatory requirements.

l Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly,
ensuring customer satisfaction.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

l Work closely with other departments (Sales, HR,
Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth collaboration
and alignment of business objectives.

l Assist in forecasting and planning to meet
operational demands and business needs.

Reporting & Analysis:

l Prepare regular reports on operational performance,
including productivity, costs, and quality.

l Present analysis and recommendations to senior
management for strategic decision-making.
