Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, , YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) around cybersecurity, risk management, and tech trends.
  • Develop creative campaigns that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with campaigns and launches.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Runway, etc.) to enhance content quality and speed.
  • Track post performance, engagement, and conversions using analytics tools.
  • Research social media trends and competitor strategies to propose innovative ideas.

Requirements

  • Strong interest or background in marketing, communication, or digital media.
  • Hands-on experience with short-form video creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar).
  • Good understanding of lead-generation tactics through organic or paid campaigns.
  • Ability to create hooks, captions, and storytelling that engage a professional B2B audience.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies.
  • Self-starter, creative mindset, and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
