Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect at Bluemoon Construction in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning projects, managing architectural tasks, and ensuring the integration of various project components. Day-to-day tasks include creating architectural designs, collaborating with teams, overseeing project progress, and ensuring client expectations are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to architectural projects
  • Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant professional certifications or a degree in Architecture or related fields
  • Knowledge of local construction regulations and building codes is a plus
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is advantageous
