About the Role

We're looking for a 
Design Lead – Branding
 who can think strategically, design intelligently, and lead creatively. Someone who understands brand building end-to-end, communicates ideas with clarity, and brings social-first thinking to every project.

If you're a design thinker with a strong aesthetic sense, sharp communication skills, and a pulse on content + social media trends, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand identity projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality creative output.
  • Develop visual systems, brand guidelines, and design directions that are consistent, modern, and strategically aligned.
  • Oversee the design team, mentor junior designers, and maintain design excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and account teams to develop integrated brand experiences.
  • Present ideas, moodboards, and creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bring strong understanding of social media aesthetics and create brand visuals optimized for digital platforms.
  • Review and refine creatives to ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with the brand's vision.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry movements, and cultural insights to elevate creative output.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in branding, graphic design, or visual communication.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, visual systems, and digital-first design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
  • Experience leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media design, content formats, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high creative standards.
