Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 4 years of experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support sales teams in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote real estate projects.
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends.
• Create marketing content, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, and digital ads.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional activities for project launches.
• Maintain and update the company's website and online listings on property portals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and track conversion effectiveness.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation metrics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CRM software and lead management systems.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) is an added advantage.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
