Job Title: Design / Design Support Engineer NCG(2025 passed out)

Location- Bangalore

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented New College Graduates (NCG) to join our team as Design / Design Support Engineers. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to develop, modify, and support design deliverables across various stages of the product development lifecycle. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about engineering design, CAD tools, and real-world problem-solving.

Skills-B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals (mechanics, materials, manufacturing processes).

Familiarity with at least one CAD tool (NX preferred, given your domain).

Good understanding of GD&T, drafting standards, and tolerance stack-up concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Internship or academic project experience related to design or product development.

Understanding of engineering change management.
