Job Details Head of Enterprise Sales Consulting, Engineering & Fintech Solutions Job Summary

The Head of Enterprise Sales will drive revenue growth by leading enterprise sales for consulting services, engineering services, and fintech product implementation services, while also managing strategic partnerships for enterprise solutions from Epicor, IBM, Adrenaline, and Microsoft. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep expertise in B2B technology sales, consulting services, digital transformation, and financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market share, managing high-value customer relationships, and aligning sales strategies with emerging industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy across consulting, engineering, and fintech solution implementation.
  • Identify new business opportunities in financial services, manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise digital transformation.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and revenue forecast, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Align sales strategies with partner ecosystems (Epicor, IBM, Adrenaline, Microsoft) to maximize co-sell opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Develop pricing models and revenue strategies for fintech and enterprise technology implementation services.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team, ensuring a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, metrics, and sales targets.
  • Foster a collaborative sales environment that promotes cross-functional teamwork with delivery, marketing, and product teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and training to sales professionals on complex enterprise solution selling.

Customer & Partner Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise customers, financial institutions, and technology partners.
  • Lead complex sales negotiations and contract structuring for multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Oversee account-based selling strategies, ensuring long-term revenue growth and customer success.
  • Strengthen partnerships with Epicor, IBM, Adrenaline, and Microsoft, optimizing joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Collaborate with consulting and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of fintech and enterprise solutions.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales automation tools to optimize deal cycles and performance tracking.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making, leveraging sales analytics and market intelligence to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure sales operations align with compliance, financial, and contractual requirements for fintech and enterprise solutions.
  • Work with finance and legal teams to structure competitive pricing and deal terms for enterprise clients.

Market Expansion & Industry Leadership

  • Identify and expand into new markets within financial services, enterprise IT, and engineering sectors.
  • Develop and execute marketing and thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand recognition.
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry forums, and business networking events to build strategic relationships.
  • Drive innovation by aligning sales efforts with emerging trends in fintech, cloud computing, AI, and enterprise automation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10 years of enterprise sales leadership experience, with a focus on consulting services, fintech solutions, or enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($5M ) and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling and implementing ERP, AI, automation, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Deep expertise in fintech implementation, enterprise IT, and strategic business consulting.
  • Strong network and prior success working with Epicor, IBM, Adrenaline, Microsoft, or similar enterprise technology providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale sales organizations and lead high-performance teams.
  • Expertise in account-based sales, consultative selling, and C-level relationship management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analytics, and sales enablement software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Sales, or Technology is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, banking, or fintech industries.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise digital transformation trends.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes and regulatory compliance in fintech.
