Role Introduction

Responsible for managing across departments, including Digital Marketing, Creative, and Field Marketing teams, as well as being responsible for the overall management and operation of the agency. You will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure that the operations are meeting their goals and objectives, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the continuity of processes in the operational team including technical and non-technical such as team performance, analyzing their workload, and optimizing resources in each sub-team.
  • Actively oversee and guide the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring that budgets, timelines, and resources are effectively managed.
  • Directing process and workflow across project life cycles ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensuring smooth operations on a long-term basis.
  • Participate in building communication with vendors and the business background of each client to align operations with the business objectives of the client.
  • Responsible for the quality of services produced by the operational team, and able to analyze results, and measurable criteria and carry out periodic audits of the work process set.
  • Directs operations division that includes Creative, Field Marketing, and Digital Marketing and channels ideas to improve the quality and performance of the operational team.

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level management with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a proven track record in managing agency operations teams (Creative, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing).
  • Bachelor's i.e Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Applications, Business, Marketing
  • Natural humanistic traits and a good personality to lead the dynamic life of the agency
  • Ability to build effective relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Paid Media Advertising experience and good sector/B2B experience:
  • Digital Marketing: SEO, Social Media Ads, SEM, Programmatic Display, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing
  • Media: Traditional Media, Digital Media, Event Media
  • Creative: Localization, Website Content, Copywriting
  • Commitment to team success and set an example of good leadership
  • High tech savvy (Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Digital Marketing tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
