Cleaning and maintenance

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust all surfaces in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners in all bins.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.

Room and linen services

• Change and make beds with fresh linens.
• Restock guest supplies like toiletries, towels, and amenities.
• Collect and process guest and hotel laundry, including washing, drying, and ironing.
• Maintain a proper inventory of linens and supplies.

Safety and reporting

• Report any needed repairs or maintenance issues to management.
• Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Respond to emergencies and clean up spills.

Guest services

• Provide turndown service for guest rooms in the evening.
• Respond to guest requests and summonses promptly.
• Answer guest questions about hotel services and facilities.
• Check and secure rooms before leaving.
