Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing through local networks, job portals, and social media.
• Resume screening and shortlisting against job requirements.
• Initial candidate outreach via calls and introductions.
• Database management using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Interview scheduling with employers and hiring managers.
• Job posting across platforms, tailored to Ramnagara's local and regional hiring needs.
• Administrative support for the recruitment team.
• Learning industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication in English and Kannada.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with online portals and social media.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory with relevant skills).
