Role: Lab Technician - Plant Tissue Culture

We are seeking an experienced
Lab Technician
to perform plant tissue culture operations, maintain aseptic conditions, and support laboratory activities to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform tissue culture operations, including sub-culturing and multiplication.
• Prepare culture media and maintain aseptic conditions in laminar flow hood and culture room.
• Monitor and record growth, maintain culture room conditions, and manage contamination.
• Sterilize glassware, instruments, and equipment; label and organize culture bottles.
• Maintain lab hygiene, record daily activities, follow SOPs, and assist in inventory management.
• Support QC of finished products and routine laboratory activities.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Education (Preferred):
  B.Sc. in Agriculture, Botany, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years in plant tissue culture.
• Hands-on experience with laminar flow hood, media preparation, aseptic techniques, and sub-culturing operations.

Work Experience:

• Laboratory and controlled culture room environment
• Working Hours:
  9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
  OR as per company policy
• Accommodation at Palwal facility (twin sharing basis)
• Good vision for detailed work
• Self-cooking is essential

Compensation & Benefits :

Monthly Salary:
₹20,000

Probation Period:
6 months

Annual Increment:
