Minimum 1year of team handling experience in Liability sales.Responsibilities:   • Drive and achieve targets on aregion wide scale for the retail liabilities business Provideessential infrastructure in coordination with the bank to support local -levelFeet on Street (FOS) employees.• Monitor the overall performanceof the FOS structure associated with the retail liability vertical and manageperformance effectively.• Liaison with Head of LiabilitiesBusiness, Team Leaders, and Bank's Retail Liabilities officials to ensuresmooth coordination of FOS activities.• Ensure the optimal allocation ofbudgeted resources at all times.• Maintain productivity targets asallocated by the business unit and coordinate with HR to identify and addressnon -performing FOS executives.• Develop and oversee the trainingand development of FOS staff.• Activate sales channels tomaximize reach and impact.• Establish lead managementtargets and standards to optimize sales conversion.• Manage performance metrics forthe FOS team and ensure compliance with set standards.• Achieve monthly revenue targetsas defined in the Key Result Areas (KRA), while adhering to cost budgets.• Execute a strategic plan toachieve sales targets and expand the customer base on Retail Liabilitiesbusiness.• Exercise effective leadershipthrough clear communication of the company's vision, active coaching, anddevelopment of the sales team. Compare sales results to goals and takeappropriate action to correct when necessary.• Build and maintain connectionsto create referral arrangements to enhance flow of retail liabilities leads.• Work closely with Mid corporate& large corporate companies at regional level to tap salary business• Excellent relationship &co -ordination with internal bank's team and processing centres at regionallevel
