We are looking for a digital marketing expert, with 3-5Years of experience promoting products or services using online channels like social media, search engines, email, and websites. The primary goal is to drive brand awareness, engage audiences, generate leads, and increase sales using a mix of creativity, strategy, and data analysis. Core ResponsibilitiesKey duties vary by specific role and company size but commonly include:

  • Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising).
  • Content Creation and Management: Developing engaging content (text, images, videos, blog posts) and managing its publication across digital platforms.
  • SEO and SEM: Implementing strategies to improve organic search rankings (SEO) and managing paid advertising campaigns (PPC/SEM) on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Social Media Management: Building and maintaining a brand's social media presence, creating content, engaging with followers, and running paid ads.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and assessing against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Market Research: Identifying target audiences, researching market trends, and analyzing competitor strategies to inform campaign planning.
  • User Experience (UX) Optimization: Collaborating with internal teams and developers to create landing pages and optimize the end-to-end customer experience across digital channels.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating compelling content, delivering brand messages, and collaborating with teams and clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with key digital marketing tools and platforms is required, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Creativity and Innovation: The capacity to brainstorm new ideas and develop innovative campaigns to capture audience attention in a crowded online space.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: The digital landscape evolves rapidly, so marketers must be flexible, stay up-to-date with trends, and solve problems quickly.
