Our reputed client, a well-established and leading name in the General Insurance industry, is urgently seeking Customer Relationship Executives (Digital Sales) for their Navi Mumbai operations.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

* Graduate in any stream (full-time/part-time/distance).

* Minimum 1+ year of mandatory sales experience (digital sales/voice sales).

* Strong communication skills, especially in English.

* Clear understanding of call-center operations and sales fundamentals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage outbound and inbound voice-based sales interactions.

* Promote and sell General Insurance products through digital/voice channels.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

* Achieve sales targets and ensure high-quality customer service.
