Job Description:

We are hiring an IT Support Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in system and network support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support to users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and emails.
  • Support IT infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in IT/Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of IT support experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and security tools.
