Inside Sales Representative

We need to hire a candidate for the Inside Sales team. This role will primarily involve managing leads and queries related to Happiest Health - Clinics.
Female Candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities shall include:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products or services.
• Follow up on leads generated from various marketing campaigns.
•Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand
their needs and offer tailored solutions.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM.
•Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
•Provide information on service features, pricing, and benefits, addressing any concerns or questions.
•Continuously update product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
•Proficiency in English and Kannada speaking
•Experience in Healthcare Industry preferred or Someone with educational background in Life Science domain.
Exp : Fresher to 3 years
Shift : Day shift
Mode : Work from Office (6 days working)
