Solution Architect – Oracle Utilities Cloud

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) solutions. This role plays a critical part in guiding utility clients through their digital transformation journey. While CCS experience is preferred, deep expertise in Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) will also be strongly considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead solution architecture and design for Oracle Utilities CCS.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams.
  • Shape solution roadmaps and ensure architectural integrity.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive adoption of cloud-based platforms.
  • Contribute to business development efforts (RFPs, proposals, presentations).
  • Mentor junior consultants and build reusable solution assets.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or lead designer (CCS or C2M).
  • Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement capabilities.
  • Broad knowledge of the Oracle Utilities suite is a strong plus.
