Job Role:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets in Khargone area.
  • Handle distributors, retailers, and shopkeepers.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
  • Collect payments on time and maintain records.
  • Report daily sales updates to ASM.
  • Expand market by adding new outlets and distributors.

Requirements:

  • Graduate
  • 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (tea/detergent experience preferred).
  • Good local market knowledge of Khargone.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ready to travel in the assigned territory.
