The company provides end-to-end examination services, assessment services, and solutions for digital transformation. Recently, CL Educate acquired the DEX business of NSEIT. We at DEX conduct online examination for Government and Privat Sector examinations
Key Responsibilities: Manage leave & attendance records and ensure accurate input into payroll/HRMS. Process Full & Final (FNF) settlements including final salary, encashments and recoveries. Generate offer letters in alignment with company policies. Prepare CTC break-ups for new hires. Collaborate with HR & Finance for monthly payroll inputs. Handle payroll queries, maintain confidentiality, and support audits. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR, Finance or related field. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with payroll/HRMS tools. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in numerical data, and good communication. Good understanding of payroll and Leave & Attendance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
