Job Title: Presales Solution Consultant Location: Hyderabad Department: Sales & Presales Reports to: Presales Manager Role Overview: Softobiz is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to bridge business needs with technical possibilities and co-own the solutioning process during the sales cycle. This role will partner with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to craft scalable, competitive proposals tailored for mid-market and enterprise clients across the US, Australia, and other global markets. The consultant will play a critical role in early client conversations, aligning technical capabilities with business value, and improving deal velocity through solution confidence. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with prospects to understand business context, technical needs, and buying triggers Lead/co-lead discovery workshops, technical discussions, and solution mapping sessions during presales Articulate Softobiz's value proposition via tailored solutions aligned with client goals (speed-to-market, cost, modernization, compliance) Own/contribute to solution design, scope definition, effort estimation, and response narratives for RFPs/RFIs/pitches Collaborate with pricing and sales teams to build commercially viable solutions Assist in tailoring case studies, win themes, and differentiators by industry/use-case Work with Delivery, Architecture, and CoE to validate assumptions and ensure feasibility Maintain clean solution handover documentation for post-sale teams Build reusable artifacts: discovery decks, boilerplates, prebuilt modules, templates Support GTM initiatives via demo environments, accelerators, and advisory sessions Represent presales in solution showcases, webinars, and retrospectives Contribute to presales knowledge base and junior onboarding Required Qualifications: 10+ years in IT Services Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Architecture roles Experience with US/ANZ mid-market clients in sectors like Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, or SaaS Familiarity with modern web/app/cloud stacks (.NET, , Azure, AWS, React), CI/CD, cloud-native architecture Strong consultative mindset, able to lead discovery, map pain points, and manage objections Excellent proposal structuring and documentation skills Success Metrics: Increased technical win rate through differentiated solutioning Reduced proposal turnaround (
