About Business Unit:

Relied upon by leaders, associates and various verticals within Epsilon, the Finance team plays a key role in shaping our outcome-focused business culture. They devise solutions and provide insights that help keep our business on track, by collaborating and communicating with other teams. Empowered with an excellent ERP and forecasting system, this team of trusted partners support Epsilon India's day-to-day requirements and long-term business goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations. Your role will be highly focused on designing and executing campaigns for nurturing and revenue generation to highly targeted audiences through use of our marketing automation tool and related marketing technology platforms. You'll leverage your in-depth understanding of marketing automation platforms and our CRM systems to build audiences and analyze data to identify our addressable market.

Responsibilities

Campaign & audience management:

  • Plan, optimize and manage email campaigns from list creation, implementation, to launch and post-campaign reporting.
  • Develop custom audiences, automations, email campaigns (emails, forms, and landing pages/microsites), in support of email strategy.
  • Advanced Form Processing: Develop and manage advanced form processing to collect and manage relevant customer data.
  • List processing - supporting performance marketing and events teams by managing and processing external activity lists upload post initiative.

Automation strategy:

  • Advise on best practices and educate marketing peers about automation capabilities.
  • Work with our email marketing strategy partners to plan lead capture and nurture campaigns that make the most of demand generation marketing.

Reporting & analysis:

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign results, during weekly/monthly campaign status meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Eloqua is a plus
