About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PHP Shopify Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Shopify theme customization, Shopify Liquid programming, and PHP backend development. You will work on building high-performance e-commerce solutions, integrating third-party systems, and delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and apps
  • Build scalable e-commerce features with Shopify Liquid
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and extensions
  • Optimize performance and improve storefront functionality
  • Customize PHP-based backend applications and modules
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement responsive designs
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
  • Implement best coding practices following Agile processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in web development
  • Strong expertise in PHP, Shopify, Liquid template language
  • Experience in Shopify app development & custom theme building
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, AJAX
  • Familiarity with MySQL database
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows
  • Excellent debugging, analytical & communication skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with React / Vue /
  • Knowledge of Shopify Plus and custom app development
  • Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines
