About Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results -driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our resource augmentation and staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the IT, engineering, or professional services sectors. Roles and Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staffing and resource augmentation across various industries. • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach. • Understand client requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions (contract, contract -to -hire, permanent). • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing models. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities. • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales in staffing/resource augmentation. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing models, and client engagement strategies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
