- Implement and Manage Changes: Oversee the end-to-end change management life cycle, ensuring all changes are documented, communicated, and executed effectively. Collaborate with Change Management and Release Managers to evaluate change requests for production deployment.
- Conduct Training and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and train junior team members on cybersecurity processes, tools, and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Develop Automation Solutions: Identify opportunities for automation within operational workflows, utilizing tools such as UiPath and PowerShell scripts to streamline processes and reduce manual effort, thereby enhancing efficiency.
- Collaborate on Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with engineering teams to integrate advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), into cybersecurity operations to improve threat detection capabilities and response strategies.
- Document Processes and Procedures: Prepare and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training materials, ensuring that best practices are communicated clearly across the organization.
- Monitor Compliance and Security Posture: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and assessments of systems, applications, and processes to maintain a robust security posture.
- Provide Regular Reporting: Generate and present reports on operational status, incident response metrics, and performance indicators to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making at all levels.
What you will need to have:
