Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Immigration Case Officer. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of immigration cases, provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the visa application and immigration process, and ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on immigration laws and regulations, maintaining effective communication with clients, and collaborating with team members to address individual case requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and support clients
  • Experience in case management and familiarity with processing immigration or visa applications
  • Analytical skills to assess and manage documentation and compliance requirements
  • Basic understanding of immigration and visa laws and policies
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other applications for documentation and record-keeping
  • Bachelor's degree in law, international relations, or a related field is preferred
