About the Role

Are you the kind of person who sees a trending sound on TikTok and instantly knows how to make it our moment? Do you dream in Reels, hashtags, and meme formats? We're looking for a Social Media Content Marketer with a strong mix of creativity, strategy, and good humor to bring our brand to life online.

You'll be responsible for strategizing, planning, and scheduling content that makes people stop scrolling — and maybe even giggle. Working closely with video editors and designers, you'll ensure our content calendar runs like a well-timed punchline.

What You'll Do

Create and manage a monthly content calendar across social channels (mainly Instagram & TikTok).

Develop creative campaign ideas that are fun, bold, and a little silly — we love personality

Collaborate with video editors and creative teams to produce and schedule high-quality content.

Analyze post performance and use insights to refine content strategy.

Stay up-to-date with trends, memes, and social platform changes (you know the vibes).

Engage with our community authentically — because robots are for code, not comments.

What You Bring

Proven experience building and managing social media content calendars.

Expertise in Instagram and TikTok content formats, trends, and analytics.

Experience working with creative teams, especially video editors.

You understand the word social in social media. 42 is the secret number for when you apply.

Strategic mindset — you plan for fun and results.

Bonus points if you've grown a social account from scratch or worked with North American audiences.

Comfortable being in-office 3 days a week for brainstorms, filming, and spontaneous dance breaks.
