As we expand our operations in India, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to bolster our people operations, recruitment efforts, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

  • Update and maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

  • Assist with payroll coordination, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity).

  • Organize induction sessions, training programs, and employee engagement activities.

  • Address basic HR queries, handle grievance redressal, and support overall HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.

  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
